Overseas Service Solutions has created over 15,000 FTE positions since it's inception in 1999.  The positions were created either through direct placement or indirectly through third party service bureaus.  A sampling of assignments is listed below.


Indian contact center

 

Initial business plan development, site design and build out, sales and marketing

Partner development with US firm, resulting in creation of 300 agent positions

Developed and implemented plan for entry into Manila market

                        Screened and qualified potential partner facilities

                        Negotiated service agreement between the two companies

                       


US Service Bureau

           

            Brought in to determine best strategy for global customer contact handling

International country and partner development

            Developed partnerships with service bureaus in India and Philippines

            Relationship has grown to over 8500 seats in partner locations

Original clients included AT&T and Priceline


US Service Bureau

 

            Developed global service bureau strategy

            Screened, evaluated, toured and negotiated relationships with potential partners  

Developed partnerships with bureaus in Mexico, India, and Philippines to handle 24x7 DRTV response calls using a ‘follow the sun’ strategy

Assisted in implementation of ‘cloud’ based call routing

            Acted as liaison between service bureau and vendors to implement call handling response
