In 1994, Mr. Warren pioneered the development of international contact centers, as he established the first service bureaus in India and Pakistan designed to process calls from and to the United States. At that time, the concept of a Blended Shore solution was in its infancy and many were skeptical of the viability of an international labor pool. Through his direct efforts, Mr. Warren convinced many in the industry of the value associated with international call processing and took their campaigns off-shore.

In addition to assisting his US clients in determining the international partner which best fits their particular needs, Mr. Warren has assisted his international clientele develop strategic relationships with US-based service bureaus.
Mr. Warren's experience extends into the design and build-out of international contact centers, business development, connectivity, and hardware/software selection.

Prior to forming OSS, Mr. Warren, a 20 year veteran of the direct marketing industry, was the President and CEO of Communication Services Group (CSG). CSG, a $70 million dollar holding company, acquired MarCom Technologies (Sunrise, FL), The Development Group (Philadelphia, PA), Direct Marketing Services (Phoenix, AZ) and made an equity investment in 800 Support (Portland, OR).
