Responsible for the sale, service and distribution of the single largest commercial mailing in the history of the United States Postal Service in 1991. The mailing reached over 103 million homes and generated postage revenues exceeding $11 million dollars and was the most profitable sale in the history of the company. Both records remain intact today.

In 1994, established the first call center to into the United States from India. Sold, produced and manged all campaigns run from the center through 1999. Through this center, the concept of 'blended shore solutions' was created and is now the industry standard.

Created the first partnership between a US based call center company and a Philippine based provider in 2000. This partnership opened the floodgates to the Philippines and resulted in the creation of over 8500 FTE positions at its peak. While there are now in excess of 100,000 FTE positions in the Philippines, at the time these companies were brought together, there were less than 500.
